Can Simple Breathing Improve Your Golf Swing?

This week I will be hunting down some articles or pieces on the mental side of golf. I have always been very skeptical about this part of golf instruction because it is so difficult to prove it's effectivness. So much of it is so vague. But, I will keep an open mind and see what we get.

  1. My comment is the mental side does have a huge influence. Even in reading about T. Woods background his mom took him to a Buddhist temple to learn breathing and relaxation. As well as his dad having him play older players and disturbing him during his swing. So to have such a mental training I would think can only help.

    Not to mention many pros have mental coaches these days.
